| How do I go about placing an order? |
| You have several options. The most convenient way would be to place an order online using our electronic shopping cart. We are also available to accept orders by telephone during regular business hours. Our phone number is (888) 414-0302. |
| How do I shop online using the electronic shopping cart? |
| As you browse through our catalog and see an item that you wish to purchase, select a color, material & size by clicking the appropriate check box next to each picture. To add that item to your shopping cart, click the "Add Item To Cart" button located under each picture. You should then follow the instructions provided to either continue shopping or check out. |
| Is this transaction secure? |
| Absolutely. We use the latest 128 bit SSL-encrypted security measures to ensure that your personal information such as address & credit card number are not seen by anyone but us. |
| How will my purchases be shipped and what will it cost? |
| Most merchandise is shipped via UPS within the United States. We are pleased to offer FREE shipping via UPS Ground Service on orders over $100, UPS 2nd Day for $30 and UPS Next Day for $50. UPS Ground Service orders under $100 will be charged a $10 shipping fee. These flat rates apply to any amount of merchandise (within reason) as long as they are purchased at the same time in the contiguous 48 states. Special orders and certain merchandise may be excluded or may not be available for shipping via 2nd Day or Next Day. We regret that UPS will not ship to Post Office boxes. Most orders are processed and shipped on the next business day. Please be sure to read our store policy for complete details. |
| What should I do if my shoes do not fit? |
| You have two options. You can send the shoes back to us and we will exchange them for another pair of the same style & color...or you can return them for a full refund. Certain restrictions apply. Please be sure to read our store policy for complete information about off-price merchandise and return authorization. |
| Do you accept international orders? |
| We do not currently accept international orders other than from Canada. We will make exceptions for some European and North American countries provided payment is made by certified bank check in advance. Your order will not ship until the funds have cleared. Free shipping and our published shipping rates are not available for any international orders, including Canada. Please inquire as to actual shipping charges. You are responsible for any tariffs, duties or fees imposed by the importing country. |
| Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase? |
| No. Clothing & footwear are non-taxable items in New Jersey. |
| When is my order considered "complete" and am I able to revise or cancel it once it is finalized? |
| Your order is not complete until you click the "Accept Return Policy & Complete Order" button and are sent to the confirmation page. You can cancel or revise your order at any point up until then. Once your order is complete, if you need to change or revise any part of it, please contact us by email or telephone immediately. |

| We assume that you are providing this information to us in strict confidence. Therefore, it is our policy not to disclose any information that you will provide to us to any outside party. Selling customer information is wrong and is not practiced by The Village Tannery/Ecco. |
