The above U.S. flat rates are regardless of the number of pairs of shoes ordered. Most orders are processed and shipped on the next business day. Free shipping is not available on orders shipped outside of the 48 contiguous United States. UPS 2nd Day and Next Day shipping may not be available on special orders or certain merchandise. Saturday delivery is only available by special request. Please call or email for details and pricing. There is no Sunday delivery available. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Alternate shipping methods may be available. Shipping rates may vary. Inquire by email or phone. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Regular priced merchandise is fully refundable. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on unworn shoes. Regular priced accessories and handbags are refundable provided all tags are left intact and the merchandise is not worn or used. Sale and off-price merchandise is non-refundable. Sale and off-price merchandise is defined as discounted merchandise sold at any price other than the original regular selling price. This includes both purchases made during any buy one, get one offer. Internet credit will be issued for returns on sale and off-price merchandise. Internet credits can be used towards future online purchases.

Customer must request a return authorization number (r/a) by email or phone WITHIN 30 DAYS of delivery. Once authorization is given, returned merchandise must reach us within 14 days. Returns without an R/A number or returns past the allowable return time will be refused. All shoes must be accompanied by their original shoe box or a $10.00 restocking fee will apply. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. Merchandise purchased online or by phone may not be returned to any of our retail stores. Please follow the above procedure for all returns.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION
All returns & exchanges must have a Return Authorization number clearly written on the outside of the shipping box. Please call (888) 414-0302 or for faster service email us to obtain an R/A number. Sorry...returns without an R/A number or returns received past the allowable return time will not be accepted.

WRONG SIZE?
In the event that the shoe you receive does not fit correctly and you would like to exchange it for a smaller or larger size of the same style and color, we will be happy to ship another pair to you at no additional shipping charge providing your order is over $100. This applies to regular priced merchandise shipped within the U.S. only and is subject to availability.
DEFECTS & WORN MERCHANDISE
Worn shoes are not returnable unless there is a manufacturer's defect. We guarantee every pair of shoes purchased from The Village Tannery/Ecco of Ridgewood to be free from manufacturer's defect. In the event that you have a problem with any pair of shoes purchased from us, and they have been worn, please contact us via email or phone giving us a detailed description of the problem. We will then issue an R/A and upon receipt of the shoes, will make a fair decision regarding the defect. A credit will be issued only after the shoes are inspected. Normal wear is not considered to be a manufacturer's defect. We reserve the right to determine normal wear.

GIFT CARDS
Can't decide what to buy? Give a gift card instead. Gift cards are available via our gift card order page or by toll-free telephone (888) 414-0302. Gift cards may be redeemed in-store, online or by telephone. Online customers should enter their gift card number in the appropriate box on the order form. A credit card number is also required to cover any difference in price and will be held until the gift card can be verified. A final invoice (or credit) will be issued upon verification of gift card. Sorry, gift cards are non-refundable.

COLORS & MONITOR SETTINGS
Due to the different capabilities & settings of computer monitors, the colors displayed on your monitor might differ from that of other monitors. We do our best to represent our merchandise as accurately as possible by utilizing the finest high resolution digital photography methods available, however we cannot guarantee that the color you are seeing is exactly the same as the actual product.

SPECIAL ORDERS, BACKORDERS & DROPSHIPS
Can't find what you are looking for? Please call or email us to inquire about special orders. Any item, size, color or material not regularly offered on our website is considered a special order. Special orders may be non-refundable or non-returnable at the sole discretion of store management. Merchandise that is currently on backorder or will be dropshipped directly from the manufacturer will be billed at the time your order is placed. We regret any inconvenience this may cause you, however, due to the nature of these transactions, this policy is beyond our control.
